Agreement; change the site, modify the site, including eliminating or
discontinuing any content on or feature of the site. You should check these

discontinue all or any aspect of the Site at any time, including the
availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or
liability.
1.
Membership
1.1. To become a Member you must
register with us. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to
provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to maintain and
update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree
that we may rely on your Membership Data as accurate, current and complete.
You acknowledge that if your Membership Data is untrue, inaccurate, not
current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this
Agreement and your use of the Site.
1.2.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the
Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which is
brought to our attention. This includes litigation by a Member with our
associated companies or us. Your membership to the Service is for your sole,
personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you
may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or
entity.
2.
Online conduct
2.1. As a Member, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or
display on the Service, or transmit to other Members.
You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other Members of the Site
or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane,
offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or
illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's
rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and
rights of privacy and publicity). The information on this site are mainly
for knowledge and you will use it at your own risk.
2.2.
You will use the Moneychatting.com service in a manner consistent with any
and all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3. You
will not transmit any chain letters or unsolicited emails to other Moneychatting.com
Members. We
have zero tolerance for this and member's account will be terminated immediately without warning upon any breach of this Agreement.
2.4. You are solely
responsible for your interactions with other Moneychatting.com Members.
Moneychatting.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor
and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.
2.5. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site.
2.6. You will not spam the classifieds section with the same link
on different categories. If the link caught with spamming using different
users and different accounts, the link will be penalized, or will be banned
without notice from adding to our classifieds section.
3.
Picture
submission
3.1. You may not submit pictures that
contains
nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image
(unless you own the copyright) is not permitted and will be removed. Moneychatting.com reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to remove photograph or image that does not
comply with these prohibitions.
4.
Indemnity of member
4.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) any
allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to the Site
infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or
other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (iii)
your activities in connection with the Site. This indemnity shall be
applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any
indemnified person.
4.2. Moneychatting.com contains links to other sites, Moneychatting.com
is not responsible for their term of use and privacy policy.
5.
Proprietary rights
5.1. Moneychatting.com owns and retains other proprietary rights in the Services and the Site.
By posting information or content to any area of Moneychatting.com, you
automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right
to grant, to Moneychatting.com royalty-free,
non-exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the submitted material in
printed form or by any other medium either now known or hereinafter devised,
and forego any payment or compensation for the submitted material.

Copyright policy

contents of this Web Site, such as Moneychatting.com logo, text, graphics, images,
designs and other
material are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and
